Data we collect
Account details (email, name), usage telemetry (anonymised), and — for TIP and APE — encrypted exchange API credentials stored via Fernet envelope encryption. Withdrawal permissions on any such credential must be disabled.
How we use it
To provide the services, notify you of material updates, and maintain compliance and audit records. We do not sell data to third parties.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data at any time by emailing privacy@meridiancapital.labs.
Retention
Audit logs are retained for a rolling 7-year window for compliance. Other data is retained while the account is active and for 90 days thereafter.
